MANUFACTURE OF LAMINATED SHEET OR LAMINATED FILM

PURPOSE:To manufacture a thinner continuous sheet by introducing a powder or the like of a super high molecular polyethylene between endless steel belts running circulatively and a base material to press it sandwiched with the steel belts. CONSTITUTION:A sheet 2 premolded from a super high molecular polyethylene powder 12 and a base material 13 are introduced between a pair of endless steel belts 3a and 3b. These belts 3a and 3b are pulled in the opposite direction to each other between feed rolls 4a and 4b and guide rolls 5a and 5b to apply a tension thereon and then, moved along the surfaces of heating rolls 6a and 6b set at a specified temperature and cooling rolls 7a and 7b to press the surfaces thereof 3a and 3b against each other. Thus, a molding is performed with the circulative running of the steel belts 3a and 3b and the laminate sheet 8 thus obtained is wound with a winder 10 to make a product.
