PURPOSE:To enable automatic supply of ink to a distributing roller in an offset press by making the rotational speed of the first ductor slower than the second one during the supply thereof while faster during the printing to adjust the feed of ink. CONSTITUTION:During the printing, the first ductor 11 rotates faster than the second ductor 12 to make ink on the ductor 12 less than that on the ductor 11 so that the amount of ink is kept constant unless the circumferential velocity ratio is changed and hence, a fixed amount of ink can be always fed onto an original plate through distributing cylinders 17-19 and form roller. On the other hand, during the supply of ink in the inking process, the first ductor 11 rotates slower than the second ductor 12 to increase ink on the ductor 12 and hence, the inking process can be finished in a relatively short time. Thus, automatic supply of ink to the distributing rollers can be done by increasing or decreasing it respectively during the supply thereof and during the printing in the inking process. |
