PURPOSE:To prevent the fluctuation of a pressure in a room and permit to keep a predetermined set pressure even when the amount of air is fluctuated largely by a method wherein vanes are opened and closed opposingly in parallel to a ventilating port, the configuration of the vane is specified and a resistance over, regulating the amount of air, is provided around the vanes. CONSTITUTION:A guide 5, provided on an outer casing 1, is supported from the inside of a chamber toward the outside thereof in a condition that it is inclined upward with respect to horizontal line. The vane 7, engaged slidably with the guide 5, is moved in parallel to the ventilating port 4 and is opened and closed opposingly. The vane 7 is formed with a form recessed toward the inside of the chamber to receive the pressure of air properly. The resistance cover 12 is provided around the vane 7 in a range in which the vane 7 moves along the guide 5 and the amount of discharge air flowing out through a clearance between the cover and the blade 7 is regulated. According to this method, the vane 7 moves promptly and properly in accordance with the fluctuation of the amount of ventilation even in case the amount of ventilation is fluctuated largely, therefore, the pressure in the chamber may be kept in constant within an allowable value.
