PURPOSE:To provide the titled burner which is effective for use in peeling-off of a coat of a wire at a wire-winding machine, and is capable of obtaining a reduction flame of a good quality, and in which there is no possibility of deteriorating the combustion condition even when the burner is operated for a long period of time, by disposing an ion-exchange resin vessel between an electrolytic bath and an atomizer, thereby removing an ionic component contained in a combustion gas being generated in the electrolytic bath. CONSTITUTION:The atomizer 3 for use in adjusting the combustion temperature and preventing back fire is disposed between the electrolytic bath 1 and the burner portion 2. Furthermore, an ino-exchange resin vessel 4 for removing ionic component mixed in the combustion gas is disposed between the atomizer 3 and the electrolytic both 1. As a result, when the combustion gas meanders through gaps between the particles of a cationic exchange resin 10, mists within the combustion gas adheres to the cationic exchange resin 10. Potassium ions contained in the mists are adsorbed to that cationic ion exchange resin 10 by an ion-exchange reaction in exchange radicals of the cationic exchange resin 10 whereby the combustion gas from which the ion components have been removed.
