PURPOSE:To provide the titled material which has excellent sinterability and can be repeatedly used without causing change in plasticity even after long-term storage, by kneading an inorg. powder and a plasticizer with a specified vinyl chloride resin. CONSTITUTION:A plasticizer such as dioctyl phthalate is added to a dispersion obtd. by mixing 10-30pts. (non) metallic inorg. powder having a particle size of 200 mesh or above and non-reactive with the plasticizer, with 100pts. vinyl chloride resin having a degree of polymn. of 500-3,000 and a particle size of 100 mesh or above. The mixture is uniformly dispersed, swollen, dissolved and kneaded in a kneader into a metastable state, thus obtaining the titled material. The material is sintered at 120-160 deg.C to obtain a fine, glossy craftwork in a short time.
