摘要 The invention relates to a process for useful heat production from waste heat with the aid of a sorption process, in which the useful heat has a considerably higher temperature level than the waste heat (heat step-up). At the same time, the process can be combined with an absorption refrigerating part, with variable portions of both part installations. The aim of the invention is the economical utilisation of any waste heat arising, even that with a low temperature level, and its conversion or upgrading to useful heat. The essential part of the invention is to design the heat step-up in one or more stages in such a manner that the useful heat output or yield lies close to the theoretically possible value and the waste heat carrier is cooled to close to the ambient temperature. In this connection, it is possible by using regenerative heating systems and a consistent countercurrent guidance during absorption, desorption and heat transmission, to bring about a great temperature interval between useful heat and available waste heat. The invention can be used for thermal processes, in which waste heat with a low temperature level arises and there is a requirement for useful heat at 100 to 250 DEG C. <IMAGE>
