<p>The packaging line comprises a machine (4) for forming an open receptacle (1) from a grooved blank (F1) and simultaneously gluing two sheets of film (311, 321) inside the receptacle (1). The first blank is transported from a stack of blanks (410) over slideways (416), glued under nozzles (42) and positioned above a die (432) and below a deep-drawing punch (431). Suction jaws (4360) hold the ends of two films against suction faces (4311) of the punch. In the bottom position of the punch in the die, the films are cut by translatable cutters (4370) to obtain the sheets and are then unwound during the upward movement of the punch. The line also comprises means for sealing and thermally retracting the sheets above the products contained in the receptacle, and for covering the receptacle with a lid obtained from a grooved blank which is glued in a deep-drawn manner in a die in which the receptacle rises as a punch. <IMAGE></p> |
