PURPOSE:To eliminate an oscillating frequency error due to a hysteresis characteristic by increasing a control coil current value up to an object value after the value is decreased once up to a reference bias current value from the preceding set value when the oscillating frequency is changed. CONSTITUTION:A pole 2 is provided to the center of a yoke 1 of a blind short cylinder form as a whole and a control coil 3 to excite a magnetic field is wound on the pole 2. A spherical YIG single crystal 5 is clipped between an upper face of the pole 2 and a cover 4 and a coupling coil 6 of several turns is provided at the outer periphery of the single crystal 5. The cover 4 and the yoke 1 and made of an iron-nickel alloy. In changing the oscillating frequency, a current value flowing to the control coil 3 is decreased once to the reference current value from the preceding set value and then increased up to the object value. |
