The invention relates to a cable sleeve, which is proof against interference radiation and is moisture-tight, for accommodating amplifier modules (4) for broadband communication, which consists of an outer sleeve tube (3) and of sealing bodies (1) at the ends, an assembly unit for accommodating the amplifier modules (4) being arranged in the internal space. The housing (5), which is proof against interference radiation, in the interior of the cable sleeve (1-3) consists of two half shells (6, 7) which are connected to one another such that they can fold, via hinges (16-17). Furthermore, plates (8) having cable-insertion openings (25) are arranged on the ends, which plates (8) are anchored on flanges (1'') of the sealing bodies (1) at the ends, via attachment devices (9). <IMAGE>
