The invention relates to an apparatus, which can be used especially in dental or veterinary practices, for the preparation of ready-to-inject mixtures of any formulation from a plurality of drug solutions. A plurality of containers each containing one drug solution are connected to a mixing chamber via one allocated line each. Each line can be alternatively connected to the mixing chamber via an adjustment element. The mixing chamber has an actuable metering member which influences the proportion of the drug solution of each connected container in a mixture entering the mixing chamber.
