PURPOSE:To eliminate the high-position work when a ship-side block is constructed, by mounting a deck small block onto a ship side panel and joining them and joining an upper-part outer plate which constitutes a ship side panel and a lower-part outer plate which constitutes a ship bottom block. CONSTITUTION:A bottom plate 16 which constitutes an inner panel 23, ship-side outer plate 13 which constitutes a side-part panel 24, and a bottom outer plate 14 which constitutes a bottom-part panel 25 are positioned with each inside set upwardly and a number of lounges 26 and transes 27 as aggregate are installed through the downward welding. Therefore, the constructed inner-part panel 23, side-part panel 24, and bottom-part panel 25 are transferred into an assembly apparatus by a crane, etc. and integrally formed.
