PURPOSE:To permit high-speed transportation by installing slidable plates which can be folded into V-figure form onto the undersurface of a tube having annular form in plan view and installing a wave cutting plate at the front and rear parts of the slidable plates and supporting a pontoon, etc. through a base plate installed onto the upper surface of the tube. CONSTITUTION:Onto the undersurface of a tube 3 having an annular form in plan view, slidable plates 5A and 5B which are foldable into V-figure form and onto which the both side edges of the tube 3 are fixed are installed. A flexible wave-cutting plate 6 is installed between the undersurface of the tube 3 and the front and rear edge parts of the slidable plates 5A and 5B. A pontoon, etc. which are used for a working ship, plant base ship, etc. are supported through a base plate 7 on the upper surface of the tube 3, and ocean transportation is carried-out. Therefore, the resistance on the ocean transportation can be reduced in comparison with the case of transportation in the state where the pontoon itself is floated on the sea, and high-speed transporation is permitted.
