PURPOSE:To obtain a new method recording multiplexedly a video signal and a sound signal by recording deeply the sound signal subjected to FM modulation onto a video track, recording a control signal onto a control track and a monitor sound signal onto an audio track and recording the video signal on the video track. CONSTITUTION:The sound signal subjected to FM modulation is recorded on the two tracks TA, TB of a video recording region 2 of a video tape deeply so that the azimuth angle of two heads is made different from the azimuth angle of the video heads. The control signal 4 is recorded on the control track 3 and the monitor sound signal is recorded on the audio track 5. The video signal is recorded on the video track 2 while the turning of the video heads is controlled by monitoring the control signal 4. It is possible in this way to record multi- plexedly the video signal and the sound signal such as background music on the video track while confirming the monitor sound. |
