PURPOSE:To miniaturize a size of reduction gear formation as well as to raise the road clearance of a differential mechanism instead of making a body center of gravity higher, by welding a lower end part having a power transmission bevel gear to a more upper side part than this lower end part at a spot promixate to the upside of the power transmission bevel gear. CONSTITUTION:A longitudinal interlocking shaft 16 is constituted of friction welding between a lower end part 16a having a power transmission bevel gear 17 and a part 16b at the more upper end side this lower end part 16a at a spot proximate to an upper end of the power transmission bevel gear 17. And, the lower end part 16a at the upper end part 16b are separately manufactured each and, after machining is carried out up to finishing into the power transmission bevel gear 17, they are manufacturable upon welding. With this constitution, a reduction gear mechanism is miniaturized and, what is more, the road clearance of a differential mechanism is raisable instead of making a body center of gravity higher. |
