PURPOSE:To easily and quickly exchange screws by a method in which a driver is moved toward the direction of crossing the longitudinal direction of a heating cylinder by a swing device, a transmitter is attached to a piston rod and the basal end of screws, and the piston rod is retracted. CONSTITUTION:A wing device 13 is operared to move a bearing box 3 and a motor 4 to the operatin side. The through holes 15a, 15b, and 15c of a plate 15 are each fitted on the basal end portions of the screw 2 and the small-diameter portion 9 of a piston rod 6. A two-split collar 16 is set between the plate 15 and the tiered portion on the basal end of the screw 2, and the screw 2 is positioned in the hole 16a. The rod 6 is retracted, the screw 2 is moved backwards by one stroke, the rod 6 is advanced, and the collar 16 is removed out. A pipe 17 is then inserted into the basal end of the screw 2 and contacted with the plate 15. Each time one stroke is ended, the pipes are connected additionally and the screws 2 are drawn out of the heating cylinder 1 by the same operations. |
