PURPOSE:To obtain simply a necessary state history by providing a delay counter to be set up from the external. CONSTITUTION:A synchronizing signal counter 2 counting up a synchronizing signal from an external device is formed and a delay counting value from the external is set up in the counter 2. When a control circuit 1 detects a state history storage starting condition from the external through a control information line 10, the counter 2 counts up synchronizing signals on a synchronizing signal line 20 by the number of times equal to the delay counting value previously set up in the counter 2. The output 90 of a selecting circuit 3 is started to be written in an address of a storage device 5 which is specified by a memory counter 4 and then the outputs 90 are successively written in the storage device 5 in accordance with the input of the synchronizing signals 20. After the whole addresses in the storage device 5 are filled with data, the writing is ended. |
