PURPOSE:To facilitate a test by placing a current load determined by a set current value and time upon a conductive circuit to be tested. CONSTITUTION:The sample check button 16 of a select switch 18 is pressed to connect the lead wire 13 of a test-piece T to an output terminal 4. Then a power switch 14 is turned on; and the current value is set by a time setting device 3 and the feed time is set by a time setting device 3 respectively. When an RUN button 17 is pressed and further a start button 19 is pressed, a stop lamp 21 turns off, a start lamp 20 turns on, and a control circuit operates to flow a set current to the conductive circuit 9 for the set time. The start lamp 20 turns off the set time later and the sample check button 16 is pressed after it is confirmed that the stop lamp 21 turns off; and the power switch 14 is turned off, and the state of the conductive circuit 9 is checked. Consequently, a current load test of the conductive circuit is taken easily.
