The spray pump has a piston (5') which slides in a housing (17'). When the pump is not operated, a sealing lip (53') of the piston is pressed against the mouth surface of the housing bore and seals the fluid container from the atmosphere. When the piston is actuated the pressure in the housing presses the sealing lip inwards and creates an annular gap between the lip and the housing wall (16'). |
