PURPOSE:To measure a pressure distribution with low power consumption by sweeping power sources and outputs of numbers of pressure detection parts which are arranged in a matrix through analog switches by using longitudinal- axis addresses and lateral-axis addresses, and performing temperature compensation as to the offset and span of every individual pressure detection part by using a microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:When it is determined from which pressure detection part 1 an output is sent to a data bus 37 for signal output, a CPU33 outputs the address of the pressure detection part to a lateral axis decoder 23 and a longitudinal axis decoder 24. Those decoders 23 and 24 select a longitudinal and a lateral axis line corresponding to the inputted address among a longitudinal axis line group and a lateral axis line group 42 and turn on only the longitudinal axis analog switch part 19, longitudinal axis power source analog switch 44, and laterla axis analog switch part 20 connected to those lines. Then, a switching diode 46 connected to a pressure detection part 1 which is powered off by the longitudinal axis power source analog switch 44 in a conduction state among plural switching diodes 46 is biased forward to conduct. |
