<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a two-toned geometrically patterned tile by a simple mold by a method in which two-layer sheets of a rubber elastomer or a thermoplastic resin are integrally molded in molds with a geometrically patterned uneven form and the surface sheet of the sheets is smoothly polished. CONSTITUTION:A resin mixture for one layer of the tile surface 1 is sheeted thermally, and a resin mixture for the back layer 2 of the tile is sheeted thermally. The two-layer sheets are put in molds 5 with a geometrically patterned into uneven form and pressed. The surface of the tile product is polished two times and further polished precisely, washed with water, dried, and waxed.</p> |
