发明名称 DAMAGE DETECTING METHOD OF HIGH TEMPERATURE MEMBER
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a nondestructive damage detecting method with high precision as to a high temperature member by grinding away the external surface layer of the high temperature member to specific depth, etching this ground surface and sticking a plastic film, and observing a plastic film replica obtained by transferring the etched surface through a microscope. CONSTITUTION:The external surface layer of the high temperature member which contains a high-temperature, high-pressure medium internally is ground away to a 0.2-2mm. depth, and the plastic film is stuck on the ground surface after etching; and the etched surface is transferred to the plastic film and the plastic film replica is observed through the microscope. A damages, i.e. creep void is hardly detected after <=2mm. depth grinding and a little voids are present and a damage is hardly detected after >2mm. depth grinding. Namely, the integration state of voids at 0.2-0.5mm. depth from the external surface layer is remarkable and damage detection is performed preferably within this range. For the purpose, the plastic film is stuck on the ground surface 4 to transfer the texture of the ground surface, and the plastic film replica is observed by using a scanning type electronic microscope.
