发明名称 DISPENSING AND MEASURING MECHANISM OF CENTRIFUGED SAMPLE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable automatic and simultaneous dispensing and supplying of sample by centrifugal force into liquid chambers which are different in volume by disposing injecting pipes connecting from the distributing part in the central part of a centrifugal rotor to the respective liquid chambers in such a way that the resistance of the flow passages varies according to the volume of the respective liquid chambers and disposing overflow passages for measuring to the feed ports of the liquid chambers. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 1 is rotated and a sample pump 22 is operated to discharge a prescribed amt. of a sample blood from a nozzle 19 into a distributing part 5 from which the sample blood is introduced through injecting pipes 11 and 12 by centrifugal force into liquid chambers 8, 9. The specified amt. of the sample liquid filling the chambers 8 and 9 are separated to supernatant and solute component by the centrifugal force. A specified amt. of a reagent A is thereafter discharged from a nozzle 21 into a distributing part 7 and is conducted through a reagent injecting path 15 into the chamber 8 and is injected and mixed with the supernatant in the liquid chamber, by which the reaction is progressed. A specified amt. of a reagent B is similarly distributed from a nozzle 20 into the part 6 by a pump 23 and is conducted through a reagent injecting path 16 into the liquid chamber 9 where the reagent is injected into and mixed with the supernatant in the liquid chamber and the reaction is progressed. THe absorbancy in the liquid chamber is measured from the quantity of the light transmitting the liquid chamber by a light source 25 and a photodetector 26 disposed on the outside of the rotor, by which the multi-term test of the serum components is made possible.
