PURPOSE:To increase the number of degrees of freedom of channel selection by providing time differences to plural channels in the delay and rebroadcast system which gives time differences for plural channels and transmits pictures continuously. CONSTITUTION:A top of a tape recorded in a cable television broadcast real- time recorder VTR1 is pulled out without operation, inserted into a continuous tape buffer 2 with 1hr capacity and led to a reproducer VTR3. The tape enters a VTR5 passing through a reproducing head and a tape buffer 4 having the same constitution as that of the buffer 2, and in the same manner it is connected at an inlet of the VTR1 through a buffer 6 and a VTR7, thereby becoming endless. Thus four types of delayed image signals such as 1hr, 2hr, 3hr and 4hr are reproduced from the VTRs 1, 3, 5 and 7, respectively.
