发明名称 IMAGE RECORDING METHOD
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain an image with good resolution by raising the latent image potential of an image part at the boundary of a no-image part, and varying the pulse width of binary image information within a proper range of picture frequency duty. CONSTITUTION:Emitted light from a fine light emitting segment such as a fluorescent body and an LED of a picture element unit is modulated with binary image information, and its modulated light is exposed to and scanned on the surface of a photosensitive body through an optical image formation system to visualize and record an electrostatic latent image. When the image is recorded by a photoscanning type electrophotographic recording device shown in the figure, the pulse width of the binary image information for modulating the emitted light of fine light emitting segments is varied properly so that the latent image potential difference, specially, at the boundary of an image and a no-image part rises and electrostatic contrast increases, and consequently optimum exposure condition for obtaining a recording image with good resolution is determined.</p>
