PURPOSE:To make it possible to connect even vertical piping without bending the same, by providing an inflow port to the bottom part of a cylindrical main body while providing an outflow port to the lid attached to the upper part of said main body and providing an outflow and introducing pipe provided with an open top cut to the lower part of the outflow port. CONSTITUTION:A fluid containing air in a turblent flow state is flowed into an inflow chamber 13 having a sufficiently large cross-sectional area and volume and brought to a static flow state while dissolved air is separated as air bubbles and small air bubbles are united to form large air bubbles which are, in turn, stayed in the air collection chamber 16 formed to the upper part in a cylindrical main body to be exhausted from an automatic air valve. The fluid is flowed into the downwardly directed flowline 15 in a cup 4 while air bubbles low in specific gravity are left in the air collection chamber 16 and sent to an upper outflow pipe 9 from opening parts 11 of an outflow and introducing pipe 11 provided to the bottom part of the cup 4 so as to leave intervals therebetween through an outflow port 8.
