摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance heat transfer efficiency, by such a mechanism that the interior of a catalytic reactor performing endothermic reaction is partitioned into a reaction chamber and a heat supply chamber by a tube plate and a part of a heat pipe is positioned in the reaction chamber while the other part thereof is positioned in the heat supply chamber and the reaction chamber is packed with heat transfer particles. CONSTITUTION:A tube plate 25 is provided to the central part of the main body 20 of a reactor to partition the interior of the reactor into an upper side reaction chamber 120 and a lower side heat supply chamber 121. A catalyst receiver 24 is provided to the lower part of the reaction chamber 120 in a state spaced apart from the tube plate 25 so as to form a space 24a. The space above the catalyst receiver 24 is packed with a catalyst 36 and the upper parts of heat pipes are embedded in the catalyst 36. On the other hand, a center pipe 34 and a heating gas inlet nozzle 33 are similarly provided in the heat supply chamber 121 and external fins 27 are further provided to the outer surface of the lower part of each heat pipe.
