PURPOSE:To adapt a titled method to a wide concn. range by forming a calibration curve by using the polynominal of log on the basis of the standard soln. having the second lower concn. value among the standard solns. CONSTITUTION:Xilog (1+xi/k) is determined with respect to the concn. value xi(i=1,2,3...) of plural standard solns. Light is irradiated to vessels contg. said stantdard solns. and coeffts. (a), (b), (c), (d) or (a), (b), (c) are determined by the min. proximation method using the cubic expression y=aX<3>+bX<2>+cX+d or y=aX<2>+bX+c from the Xi, yi determined by the resulted absorbancy value or scattering light intensity value yi. The calibration curve which has a uniform degree of dispersion and is adapted to an actual measurement is thus formed. |
