Building element, preferably comprised of a reinforced concrete plate (1) or similar as well as from the concrete plate (1) beam elements sticking up or out (2), where each beam element (2) is fixed to the concrete plate and to, at a distance from the concrete plate, support a further building element of preferably another type, such as an inner floor, an inner/outer wall or similar. According to the invention, the building element is especially characterized by each building element (2) being made by a separately poured concrete beam (3) and of, that the concrete beam (3) consists of, in the beam's lengthwise proceeding foot end (4), showing , in a beam cross-section, an expanded shape toward the free surface (5) of the foot end, such as a dovetail shape or a similar shape and which is designed to exist, at any rate, near the part infused into the above named concrete plate (1).
