The invention refers to a device for the automatic control of removal of a sediment from a sedimentation tank comprised of in part a water-consumption sensor (6) in the intake pipeline's sedimentation tank (2) partly a meter (7) for measuring the concentration of suspended particles in the intake pipeline (2), partly a water-consumption sensor (8) in an outlet pipeline (3), in part a meter (13) for measuring of the sediment density in a pipeline (5) for removal of the sediment, partly two comparison units (15 and 16), partly two pre-setting units (17 and 18) and in part a unit (14) for the forming of a signal for opening and closing a vent (10). The unit (14) for forming a signal for opening and closing of the vent (10) contains two multiplication devices (19 and 20), a subtracter circuit (21) and an integrator (22) with control input. The one multiplication device's (19) inputs are connected to a water-consumption sensor (6) in the intake pipeline (2) respective to the concentration meter (7) for suspended particles in the intake pipeline (2), while the other multiplication device's (20) inputs are connected to the water consumption sensor (8) in the outlet pipeline (3) respective to the concentration meter (9) for suspended particles in the outlet pipeline (3), at which the multiplication devices (19 and 20) outlets are connected to respective inlets in the subtracter circuit (21), which are connected through the integrator (22) to the first inlet in the one comparison unit (15) whose other inlet is connected to the one pre-setting unit (17) and outlet is connected to the inlet in the mechanism (11) for changing the position of the vent (10) as well as to the pump (12) that the outlet from the sediment density meter (13) connected to the first inlet in the second comparison unit (16), whose other inlet is connected to the pre-setting unit (18) and whose outlet is connected to the integrator's (22) control inlet.<IMAGE> |
