PURPOSE:To make drain piping unnecessary and to contrive an improvement in heat exchange efficiency in an outdoor unit at the time of cooling, by making dewed drainage drop to an outdoor heat exchanger through a water pipe. CONSTITUTION:At the time of cooling, indoor heat exchangers 43, 44, 45 act as evaporators and dewed water is stored in drain pans 52, 53, 54. When the water is stored to some extent, pumps 55, 56, 57 are operated, drip pans 32, 33 are watered through water pipes 49, 50, 51, the water is dripped into outdoor heat exchangers 30, 31 acting upon as condensers through small holes provided on the drip pans 32, 33, drainage is evaporated and along with discharge of the same outdoors through a blow-off port 27 by outdoor blowers 28, 29 condensing capacity is improved. |
