发明名称 CONVEYING MECHANISM FOR SENSITIZED MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable smooth conveyance of a sensitized material without damage of an emulsifier thereof, by a method wherein a driving roller forming roller pair, which conveys the sensitized material in a condition to nip it, is decreased in friction coefficient over that of a free roller, and conveying speed is gradually increased. CONSTITUTION:When a sensitized material 1 is conveyed in a direction P through rotational driving of two driving rollers 7B and 8B, since 2 free rollers 7A and 8A are rotatable and formed by a material having high friction coefficient, the sensitized material 1 is smoothly conveyed without slip and damage of an emulsifier layer 1A. In which case, since the roller 8B on the downstream side is rotated at a peripheral velocity slightly faster than that of the roller 7B on the upper stream side, slight tension is generated between the two rollers 7B and 8B, and no bending is left on the sensitized material 1. Besides, since the driving roller 7B and 8B are formed by a material having friction coefficient lower than that of the free rollers 7A and 8A, unnecessary tension is prevented from production at the sensitized material 1.
