PURPOSE:To make it possible to collect slurry continuously for a long time, by inserting a metal filter in a piping in a process, making the metal filter to be an inner pipe of a double-pipe structure, and providing a branch pipe, which takes out a solution filtered by the metal filter as the inner pipe, in an outer pipe. CONSTITUTION:In the inside of an outer pipe 54, a cylindrical metal filter 53 is attached in a concentrical manner, and a double-pipe structure is formed. A branch pipe 55, which also serves as a sampling and backwash line, and a connecting flange 56 are provided in the outer pipe 54. Appropriate pipes, such as an ordinary steel pipe, a stainless steel pipe, a plastic pipe and plastic lining pipe can be selected in correspondence with the water quality of the passing slurry for the outer pipe 54. The inner diameter of the filter 53 is approximately equal to the inner diameter of the pipings on both sides. The continued inner wall surface is formed. Solid-state particles are deposited on the surface of the filtering film. However the particles are separated from the surface by the flow speed of the slurry and self-cleaning is accomplished. Therefore, clogging is not yielded. |
