PURPOSE:To improve temperature distribution, by providing the first and second groove parts having heating wires at the side of an opening part of the outer surface and the side of the bottom part of a soaking block, whose one end is opened and which has a hollow part in the inside, making the interval of the second groove parts to be the integer times the interval of the first groove parts, and making the positions in the longitudinal direction agree with each other. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of partitioning walls (protruded groove) 1a are formed in the longitudinal direction on the side of an opening part on the outer surface of a soaking block 1 made of metal, ceramics or the like. A plurality of the first groove parts are formed between the partitioning walls. First heating wires 3a, in which a plurality of insulating pipes 2a are inserted, are embedded in the groove parts. A plurality of partitioning walls 1b and 1b' are formed at the bottom part in the longitudinal direction on the side of the bottom part. A plurality of the second groove parts are formed between them. Second heating wires 3b, in which a plurality of insulating pipes 2b are inserted, are embedded in the groove part. The wires 3a and 3b are separated by a central part 1c. Both wires are connected to a power source as one piece of heating wire.
