PURPOSE:To enhance accuracy in optical and electrical measurements, by mounting a body to be measured on a truck, moving the body to be measured on a transmitting window at one side of a working board, processing a picture obtained by a TV camera, which can be moved in a plane under the transmitting window, and automatically measuring the body to be measured by only mounting it on the truck. CONSTITUTION:A transmitting window 1 is formed on one side of a working board (a) of a main body A of a machine frame. A scale mounting part a' is formed on the other side. A TV camera 4 is provided on a table 3, which is provided under the window 1 and can be moved in the directions of the X and Y axes. A supporting post 5 with a light source 6 is provided uprightly. An objective lens 4b is faced to the window 1, and the camera 4 is connected to a picture processing device. Parallel rails 8 and 9, which are bridged across the window 1 on the board (a), are extended to a scale pan 2' of a table scale 2 on the scale mounting part a'. A truck 10 is mounted on the rails, and a body to be measured (m) is mounted on the truck 10. The body to be measured (m) on the truck 10 is moved to the specified position of the window 1 and stopped. The camera 4 is moved in the directions of the X and Y axes, and the length and the like are computed. |
