PURPOSE:To increase the effective dielectric constant of the 1st and final stage and to prevent the effect of the coupling degree adjusting slit by forming the conductor film in continuity with the conductor film formed on four side faces to the surface of a dielectric block in an open end face side of a resonance unit. CONSTITUTION:The dielectric block 80 is provided with four through-holes 90- 93 and coupling air gaps 110-112 and consists of four resonance units. Since the coupling adjusting slits 54, 64 exist near the through-holes 90, 93 forming the resonance unit of the 1st and final stage, the resonance frequency of the first and final stage is increased. The conductor films 141, 142 provided to the open end face 131 of the dielectric block 80 are in continuity with the conductive film 121 formed on four side faces thereby increasing the effective dielectric constant of the dielectric substance of the resonance unit of the 1st and the final stage, decreasing the resonance frequency of the resonance unit and eliminating the effect due to the coupling degree adjusting slit. |
