<p>PURPOSE:To form a thick film resistor and to enable to perform a wide-ranging resistance adjustment by a method wherein more than two layers of resistor layers, each different from one another in resistance value, are formed on a substrate and two resistors are formed through an insulator in such a way that the two resistors are connected in common to one of the resistor layers and are selectively connected to each of the other resistor layers. CONSTITUTION:A conductor pattern 2 is formed on an resistor substrate 1 and the pattern 2 is connected with a pattern C for resistance measurement. A conductor pattern corresponding to this conductor pattern 2 at an interval based upon a design value is dividedly formed into a high-resistor conductor pattern 5 and a low-resistor conductor pattern 6. In a condition that the conductor patterns 5 and 6 have been connected to a pattern D for resistance measurement in a body, a high resistor 7, by which the conductor pattern 2 and the conductor pattern 5 are mutually connected, is first formed, and after that, part of the connection part is removed and an insulator 8 is formed except the upper part of the conductor pattern 6, and moreover, a low resistor 9, which connectes to the conductor pattern 2 and by which the high resistor 7 on the conductor pattern 2 and the low-resistor conductor pattern 6 are mutually connected, is formed in a heap.</p> |
