PURPOSE:To improve the usability of an electronic equipment in exchanging batteries by letting a battery container come out from the electronic equipment body by means of the function of a solenoid when the electromotive force of a back-up battery goes down below a certain level. CONSTITUTION:An electronic equipment body 1 has a built-in battery container 2 which contains a back-up battery 6. An electromotive force detector 5 is used to detect whether or not the electromotive force of the battery 6 is higher than a certain level, and, when it is detected to be lower than a certain level, a relay 11 is driven to energize a solenoid 3 so that the battery container 2 may be pushed out of the electronic equipment body 1. Therefore, when the electromotive force of the battery 6 goes down below a certain level, the user can find it immediately and can exchange it easily with no need to know the right place of the battery 6. Thus the usability can be improved. |
