PURPOSE:To always make directions of a punch and a die coincide, and to execute stable work by providing the respective brake devices which hold freely the punch and the die to a fixed state. CONSTITUTION:The same command value is given to the respective rotation driving devices 47a, 47b by operating an NC control device. The first pulleys 57, 57a rotate, and successively, the fifth pulleys 67, 67a rotate, and a punch holder 69 and a die holder 131 rotate synchronously by a prescribed angle. By a command from the NC control device, the rotation driving devices 47a, 47b are stopped temporarily, and simultaneously a transfer state is cut by bringing a fluid pressure cylinder 83 of clutch mechanisms 59, 59a to a contracting operation and drawing out a shot pin 93. Also, the third pulleys 63, 63a are fixed by action of a friction plate 75a and a countersunk srping 75b in a state that the clutch is cut, and a punch 11 and a die 15 also become a locked state at a prescribed position. Accordingly, it is prevented that the punch 11 and the die 15 rotate themselves when upper and lower turrets 13, 17 are rotating, and a shift, etc. to the clutch mechanisms 59, 59a are generated. |
