摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To prevent disconnection of electrodes and variations in the value of resistance that are provided on one side of a ceramic substrate through printing and first calcination step, by carrying out a subsequent calcination for electrodes and resistance printed on the other side thereof at lower temperature than that utilized in the previous step. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 3 and resistance 4 printed on one side of a ceramic substrate 2 are calcined through two calcination steps at a temperature of 600- 900 deg.C after the printed portions have been completely dried. The calcination for these steps is performed by placing the substrate 2 on a mesh belt 1 in a furnace through a rack stand 5. Thereafter, electrodes 3' and resistance 4' printed on the other side of the substrate 2 are calcined through another two calcination steps at a temperature of 400-590 deg. after drying, and cured at 150-590 deg.C.</p>
