PURPOSE:To prevent the effect on the resonance frequency of the 1st and final stage due to a coupling degree adjusting slit by adhering a dielectric substance to the open end face of a resonance unit at the first and final stage. CONSTITUTION:The dielectric block 80 is provided with four through-holes 90- 93 and coupling air gaps 110-112 and has four resonance units. Since the through-holes 90-93 of the resonance unit of the 1st and final stage are provided nearby output coupling degree adjusting slits 54, 64, the unit is effected by the slits 54, 64 and has a higher resonance frequency than the resonance frequency of the resonance unit at the intermediate stage. The dielectric disks 141, 142 adhered to the open end face of the through-holes 90, 93 of the 1st and final stage decrease the resonance frequency of the 1st and final stage so as to eliminate the effect due to the input and output coupling degree adjusting slits. |
