PURPOSE:To make a device compact, and to execute easily forming by constituting so that a knock-out pin contacts to the end face of a control member and knocks out an object to be worked, when an inner die slides relatively against an outer die. CONSTITUTION:The second die set 12 and a punch 15 rise and are separated from an inner die 8. Subsequently, a knock-out bar 2 rises by a hydraulic pressure. Therefore, the inner die 8 and a knock-out pin 11 rise along a tapered surface 501. When both of them further rise, the tip of a shaft part 11b of the knock-out pin 11 contacts to an end face 901 of a knock-ou stopper 9, and rises along the end face 901. Accordingly, from a hole of the inner die 8, the knock- out pin 11 projects to a recessed part of the inner die 8, and knocks out an object 102 to be worked.
