PURPOSE:An antiulcer comprising azalomycin B as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:An antiulcer containing azalomycin B (having growth inhibitory action on Gram-positive bacteria) shown by the formula as an active ingredient. Preferably, a dose is 1-1,000mg calculated as active ingredient daily, and it is administered 1-3 times dividedly. In administration method, oral medication by tablet, capsule, powder, granule, syrup, oily suspension, etc. is preferaable. Starch, cellulose, glucose, lactose, surcrose, fructose, calcium carboxymethyl cellulose, calcium carbonate, magnesium stearate, etc. are used as an excipient, and they are properly combined in prescription.
