PURPOSE:To improve the controllability with an inexpensive construction by generating a phase output pulse on the basis of an output voltage value, the phase output pulse generating interval and the instantaneous value of the basic wave in the phase output phase of the phase output pulse. CONSTITUTION:An output voltage setter 12 inputs the pattern of the output voltage value of an inverter in response to the operating purpose according to the speed set value inputted through a lamp circuit 12. A frequency divider 14 divides the frequency of a pulse train from an oscillator 13, and outputs a pulse train in response to the interval of the phase output pulse contained in the basic wave. A pulse interval measuring circuit 15 measured the pulse interval of the pulse train from the divider 14, and outputs the measured result. These outputs are inputted to a calculation processor 17, which outputs a pulse width data. A waveform processor 20 sequentially outputs phase output pulse train by the pulse width data and the width pulse signal from a pulse width converter 19.
