PURPOSE:To prevent a core from deforming by superposing at 1/2 lap electric iron plates under the prescribed surface pressure, thereby adequately providing a frictional force acted on a sector punching plate. CONSTITUTION:An annular rotor core 3 of a rotary electric machine is annularly disposed with sector-shaped sector punching plate made of an electric iron plate, circumferentially displaced at the seam of the sector punching plate to laminate adjacent annular layers. In this case, the electric iron plates are superposed at 1/2 lap by 0.5-0.7kg/mm.<2> of surface pressure. The superposed punching plates are clamped by a stud bolt 4 and integrated. |
