PURPOSE:To improve saturation magnetization, the anisotropically magnetic field and the Curie temperature of a material for permanent magnet by a method wherein boron (B) and M (the combination of one kind or two kinds or more of Al, P, Cr) are added to an alloy consisting of rare earth elements and transition metal elements. CONSTITUTION:The symbol M is made to indicate the combination of one kind or two kinds or more of Al, P, Cr, and the symbol R is made to indicate the combination of one kind or two kinds or more of the rare earth elements La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm containing Y. The titled material is an alloy containing the M and the R thereof, and is the magnet material to be expressed by the composition formula as follows. Namely, R(BxMyFe1-x-y)A, provided that 0.01<=x<=0.3, 0.01<=y<=0.3, 4<=A<=16. |
