PURPOSE:To improve the fastening force of a rotor and the quality of assembling by assembling the rotor and then sintering it. CONSTITUTION:A sintered magnet is secured to a rotor pinion 2 by the clamping margin of a rotor seat 3 and the rotor pinion 2. A rotor is assembled by filling the magnet 1 in the seat 3, pushing the pinion 2 and then sintering it in a sintering furnace. Thus, since the pinion 2 and the seat 3 are secured at the margin and the seat 3 is expanded and secured, sufficient securing force of the magnet can be obtained. |
