PURPOSE:To eliminate easily a residual distortion, and to form an uneven pattern which is free from a residual distortion and full of a cubic feeling by placing a part between an embossing roll and a tensile pinch roller, under a tension state. CONSTITUTION:As for a coil A fed out of a heater part 5, an embossing pattern consisting of a recessed part and a projecting part is formed continuously by an embossing roll 8. From immediately after the embossment is executed by the embossing roll 8, the coil A is drawn by a tensile pinch roller 10, the residual distrotion is straightened by a leveler 9, and the coiler A is flattened as a whole without crushing the uneven part, and fed to the next process. |
