PURPOSE:To improve oscillation damping quality by a method wherein the spring quality of a mount insulator for attaching to an engine and the like is made linear. CONSTITUTION:A mount insulator is composed of an outer pipe 2 connected to the engine side, an inner pipe 3 eccentrically positioned in the outer pipe 2 and connected to a body side, and a vibration insulating rubber body 4 which is filled and adhered between the inner and outer pipes 3, 2. Void parts 5, 6 are formed in the vibration insulating rubber body 4 in the confronting position the inner pipe 3 being put between, and furthermore a stopper part 8 of which section is nearly the shape of a mushroom, is formed from the inner periphery side of the outer pipe 2. The load deflection quality becomes linear, a circumscribed surface 4a touching to the top of the stopper part 8. |
