PURPOSE:To perform forming work smoothly and to reduce variance of characteristics of obtained cores very much by using an adhesive which has a strong adhesive strength withstanding forming work and can form an adhesive layer as thin and uniformly as possible in consideration of characteristics of cores. CONSTITUTION:When a layer-built body 4 consisting of thin plate magnetic materials 1 which should be subjected to form grinding work for a core sectional shape is formed, an epoxy resin adhesive including an inorganic filler having <=5mum particle size is used to improve the precision of thickness between thin plate magnetic materials; and when a desired number of small layer-built bodies 4 are laminated into one body to obtain a large layer-built body 6, a thermoplastic resin adhesive is used so that a desired number of small layer-built bodies 4 are laminated to obtain the large layer-built body 6, which has an adhesive strength which does not hinder cutting forming work after, and form grinding work for core shape is facilitated and the small layer-built body 4 having a core thickness is obtained easily in heat treatment or medicine immersion treatment after. |
