PURPOSE:To simplify the installation of a corner-piece cover and enhance efficiency of corner-piece assembling work by engaging an extension part of a door weather strip which forms a part of the corner-piece, with a core piece in order to ensure tight holding. CONSTITUTION:The core piece 21 of a corner-piece 1 forms flange parts 27 and 28, and the flange part 27 holds a weather strip extension part 26 by engagement. The strip extension part 26 is connected to the upper end of glass-run rubber 23 so as to be integrated as one body, while an engaging groove 32 that is fitted to the flange part 27 is formed on an installation base 31 which is formed, projecting inward along the lengthwise direction. And a wall part 33 is formed in a projected shape at the end of an entrance of the engaging groove 32. A positioning projection 34 is provided in the middle of the installation base 31 in order to prevent the slip of the extension part 26, which might occur after installation. Since the extension part 26 can be put into the core piece 21 and fixed therein, the posture of the extension part 26 can be maintained, thereby allowing easy installation. |
